Hello EEC friends, community members, and environmental stewards!
In our last meeting, we discussed how we can reimagine EEC meetings (any ideas?!), transit initiatives and ordinances, zoning and housing ordinances, the AFGE Council 238, and upcoming events. Transit systems across Illinois are at risk of losing funding, and you can push for solutions via your alderperson and lawmakers. Want to learn more about Parkways for Pollinators and seed saving? RSVP to our P4P Bike Ride and seed saving events!
We look forward to seeing you soon!
Our monthly meetings take place at 6:30 PM every second Thursday of the month, they are all posted on Upcoming Events. Our next meeting will take place on November 13, 2025
