Winter is Ending February Newsletter

Hello EEC friends, community members, and environmental stewards!

We love to share news and announcements from our coalition partners as we work on our 2024 Campaign: Rise of the Coalition! Edgewater Historical Society is seeking new members. They are and have been a great friend and collaborator with us for the past decades and we love the work they are doing on heritage trees and more!

In our last meeting, Alderwomen Manna-Hoppenworth and Clay joined for our Clean and Affordable Building Ordinance Event and we thanked both of them for supporting the ordinance with Chicago City Council. Additionally we discussed our Compost InitiativeGreen & Sustainable Buildings, and Green Infrastructure.

We look forward to seeing you soon!

Our monthly meetings take place at 6:30 PM every second Thursday of the month, they are all posted on Upcoming Events. Our next meeting will take place on March, 14th.
